Terms of Service

Effective July 26, 2026

These Terms govern your use of PeakWindow, a service operated by Skill Bridge Talent, Inc. ("Skill Bridge Talent", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

PeakWindow provides recommendations ("verdicts") about what AI work to do, with which model, and when, based on live conditions and the profile you configure. Verdicts are advisory guidance, not guarantees of any provider's performance, availability, price, or outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and for your use of any AI provider.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use the service.

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial — the first 5 verdicts or 7 days, whichever comes first — with no card required. When the trial ends, a subscription is required to keep using paid features.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Plans are $19.99/mo or $199/yr, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until canceled.
You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change on prospective notice.
Any discount or promotion code applies per its own terms and may be withdrawn.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no reselling or scraping, and no use that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The service — including the PeakWindow name, its software, content, and design — is owned by Skill Bridge Talent and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms; no other rights are granted. The configuration and feedback you enter remain yours; you grant us the limited right to use them to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that verdicts will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll update the effective date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
