Privacy Policy

Effective July 26, 2026

PeakWindow, operated by Skill Bridge Talent, Inc. ("we", "us"), helps you decide what AI work to do, with which model, and when. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We designed the product to hold as little of your data as possible.

What we collect

Your account — the email address you sign up with (via Firebase Authentication).
Your configuration — the task profiles, model stack, schedule/chronotype, and quota figures you enter so we can compute your recommendations.
Your verdict history and feedback — the recommendations we produced for you and any ratings, tags, or short notes you submit about them.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer id and subscription status. We never see or store your card details.
Operational logs — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) used to run the service securely.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit your prompts or the content of your AI work. That is a core design rule of the product, not just a promise. The only work-related data we keep is the configuration and feedback described above.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies — the authentication session that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we run no third-party analytics that profiles you.

Who we share it with (processors)

We use a small set of vendors purely to run the service:

Google Firebase — account sign-in and authentication emails.
Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
Google Cloud Platform — hosting and database (region us-central1, United States).

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in the United States (Google Cloud, us-central1). If you access the service from the EEA or UK, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States; we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.

How long we keep it

Account and configuration data: until you delete your account.
Verdict snapshots: up to 13 months, then removed.
Feedback: kept to improve recommendations; it may be anonymized so it no longer identifies you.

Your rights and choices

You can access and correct your information in the app at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself from Settings → Delete account — this is immediate and permanent. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, portability, restriction, or objection; contact us and we'll help.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this page and its effective date if this policy changes materially, and notify you where appropriate.
